Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Svinno Retail. We strive to provide the best Point of Sale software experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. This trial period allows you to evaluate the software fully before making a purchase decision. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Because of this free trial period, we generally do not offer refunds for the initial payment once a subscription has actively started after the trial ends.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 7 days of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on the unused months remaining, minus a cancellation fee of 15% of the total plan value.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds outside of the policies above in specific cases, such as:

  • Persistent technical issues that our support team verified and could not resolve.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.

Refunds are not granted for lack of usage or changes in your business circumstances.

4. Hardware Refunds

If you purchased physical hardware directly from Svinno Retail (handhelds, terminals, printers):

  • Hardware can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all open-box hardware returns.
  • Restocking fees are waived if the device is defective upon arrival (DOA).
